§ 15 Cancellation Policy

(1) If the purchaser is a consumer, he has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, starting from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods (or the last goods, partial shipment or piece in the case of a contract for several goods of a single order or the delivery of a good in several partial shipments or pieces).

The cancellation period for services is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You can use the model withdrawal form on our website or submit another clear statement to us. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g. by email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires and that you have returned the goods via our online returns center within the period defined below.

(3) Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal with respect to this contract, in comparison to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

to return or hand over the goods. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Items that cannot be sent by parcel post will be collected from you.

(4) Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

The right of withdrawal does not exist or expires in the case of the following contracts:

• for the supply of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs
• In the case of services, if Tische-Silke Wiesemann has fully performed the service and you have acknowledged and expressly agreed before placing the order that we can begin providing the service and that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon complete fulfillment of the contract.

§ 16 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

(1) The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

• for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

(2) The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts

• for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
